CPL 2.0 - Online Productivity Tools

I'm going to answer both questions this week:

1. Do you see free online tools like these eventually replacing expensive software like MS Office?

Yes, absolutely. Probably not for everything, but for everdyay use, they're terrific. I already use Google Docs for quite a lot of things - even to-do lists that I share with my husband. They're not at the point where they could completely replace MS Office but I think they'll get there.

2. Do you see yourself using these tools or will you stick to more traditional methods. If you were to use one of these tools regularly, which would it be and why?

I covered this a bit in the previous answer - I use Google Docs all the time, usually at least once a day. I've used Google Calendar in the past, and I liked it, but for now I'm sticking with a low-tech paper daytimer, because most of the stuff I need to keep track off doesn't come to me when I'm near a computer. If I had a smartphone, this would probably change fairly quickly.
