I have to confess, this isn't my first time blogging, so this lesson was a breeze!
I hope to learn a couple of things - first, to become more familiar with Web 2.0 technologies (I do use some of them but in a fairly haphazard way) and second, how to help coworkers who are reluctant or even afraid of these technologies - our customers are definitely using them so we need to get everyone to a point where they at least know what patrons are talking about!
